Ans. Of course, it is possible to obtain a discount on the ordered equipment. The amount of discounts depends on the type of goods, the size of the order and our cooperation with you so far.
Ans. The cost of delivery of goods depends on several factors, including the size of the order, weight of the shipment, distance. Each time we estimate the cost of transport when preparing individualized quotes for you.
Ans. It depends on the weight and dimensions of the supplied equipment. In the case of equipment with large dimensions or weight, assistance organized by the recipient will be needed.
Ans. Training on the supplied equipment is our standard practice. It is usually carried out upon delivery.
Ans. We offer a standard 24-month warranty for the proposed equipment. It is possible to obtain a longer term (up to 60 months), but this requires a separate valuation.
Ans. As part of the warranty, we offer free inspections of the delivered equipment.
Ans. It depends on the type of damage, type of spare parts required. Most of our equipment is manufactured outside of Poland, so here we are limited by the speed of shipments, but we try to carry them out as quickly as possible.
Ans. The list of our projects is very extensive. We encourage you to familiarize yourself with our projects presented on the website. In the case of a non-standard or niche product, we can provide such a list upon request.
Ans. Some of our equipment can be seen and tested in our warehouse or showroom in Zabrze. At the customer's request, we can indicate a list of geographically close locations where you can see the equipment we provide directly at the user's.
Ans. As part of the preparation of the valuation, we attach detailed product specifications, or at the customer's request, we can check and compare whether the offered products match the desired ones.
Ans. Each time we attach catalog cards of the offered products to each valuation.

Ans. Our main service is located at the company's headquarters in Zabrze. We travel to service stations or organize collections of equipment for repair at our headquarters. In addition, we cooperate with companies and technical services throughout Poland.
